Saudi Aramco has told European refiners it will provide full allocations of crude in November after the kingdom's East-West pipeline resumed operations following attacks, Bloomberg reported.
Last month, Aramco told European refiners they would be allocated no crude in October after the pipeline was hit.
Saudi Arabia typically exports 700,000–800,000 barrels per day to Europe. In the meantime, the vulnerability remains — just one Houthi missile could cause another critical disruption.
