European leaders want to convince Trump to provide Ukraine with more Patriot missiles, Bloomberg reports

 An unnamed senior official expressed concern that if Kyiv fails to make it through this winter, it will "ultimately lose the war."

European countries also intend to supply Ukraine with additional Patriot systems and missiles from their own stockpiles. Furthermore, they plan to urge the UK, Japan, and other nations to increase financial aid to Kyiv.

According to the agency, the EU is already providing covert assistance to help Ukraine prepare for winter, including the supply of spare parts for power plants.
