US senator calls settler pogrom ‘unacceptable’, demands Trump administration act

 US Senator Chris Van Hollen has called for action following an attack by Israeli settlers on an American journalist in the West Bank.

In a post on X, the senator said the “repeated violence and brazen impunity for attacks” against Americans and Palestinians alike are “unacceptable”.

Asking “When will Trump and Rubio DO SOMETHING?”, he urged the administration to hold those responsible to account.
