According to the Zelenskyy Ukraine received no intelligence from its Western partners regarding the launch of ballistic missiles at Kyiv.
"Unfortunately, there was no warning from the partners. Intelligence regarding the launch of Russian ballistic missiles helps save lives, and that is one of the most critical points," he wrote.
Against this backdrop, a theory is circulating in Ukrainian sources that the transmission of American intelligence data was halted following the deterioration of relations between Kyiv and Washington.
