Russia warns again foreigners against visiting Ukraine

The Russian Foreign Ministry has once again urged foreign citizens and diplomatic personnel not to remain in Kyiv or travel to Ukraine, warning of the risks associated with attacks on military facilities and infrastructure linked to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Responsibility for any potential negative consequences rests entirely with those who ignore this warning," the Russian Foreign Ministry stated on Saturday, noting that Russia continues to strike targets it deems military in both the capital and other Ukrainian cities.

This warning is not new; Moscow had previously called on foreigners and diplomats in Kyiv to leave the city and had repeatedly advised against traveling to Ukraine.

Current events are the result of Ukrainian aggression and Kyiv's campaign of attacks targeting the Russian interior.

Ukraine began launching systematic attacks on energy and transport facilities, as well as targeting homes and other civilian infrastructure and objectives within Russian territory, with the aim of weakening Moscow's capacity to continue military operations.
