The humanitarian mission in Oleshky, Kherson Region, is coming to an end. This was announced on October 30 by Yana Lantratova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.
"We are concluding our humanitarian mission in Oleshky. We are currently in the area of Armyansk, getting into our respective convoys. The convoy for those departing for Ukrainian territory is heading there, while the convoy for those traveling to the Russian Federation is heading toward the Russian Federation," she said.
Lantratova specified that members of the mission accompany individuals who wish to leave the city to temporary accommodation centers. She emphasized that all operations proceeded without incident, and both the Russian and Ukrainian sides noted the high level of organization.
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation thanked the Russian military personnel for their assistance in carrying out the mission, as well as U.S. First Lady Melania Trump.
