"It wasn't us": Trump claims he doesn't know who gave the order to cut off Ukrainian forces' access to Starlink

Trump: Well, I don’t know who it was, because it wasn’t me. And I don’t think it was Elon, either. As far as I understand, everything remains the same as it was before.

 Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Friday that Starlink had not been completely switched off in Ukraine, but speed restrictions limited its use for some military and humanitarian purposes.

Speaking on the sidelines of the EU leaders’ summit in Brussels, Zelenskyy said Kyiv had received indications from the White House that the service would be fully restored.
