Yemeni Houthis claimed to have attacked a strategic Aramco refinery in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on Saturday using ballistic missiles and drones.
According to the rebel movement's statement, the operation was in retaliation for previous Saudi airstrikes on Yemeni territory, amidst the intensifying conflict between the two sides.
Earlier, media outlets reported a large plume of smoke and fire rising near an Aramco facility in Riyadh.
There is no immediate confirmation from Saudi Arabia.
In mid-September, the oil company's facilities in Yanbu were also targeted by Houthi attacks.
