Seoul demands an official apology from the Kyiv for revealing the handover of two N. Korean prisoners to S. Korea

 South Korea's Foreign Ministry summoned Ukraine's chargé d'affaires to protest Zelenskyy's public disclosure of information regarding the transfer of two North Korean prisoners to Seoul, Reuters reports 

Seoul also expressed indignation that Kyiv is now denying the existence of an agreement to keep the information secret. South Korean authorities emphasize that it was the Ukrainian side that specifically requested the prisoner transfer be kept confidential.

 "First Vice Minister Park Yoon-joo emphasized that spreading false information regarding the non-existence of a confidentiality agreement seriously undermines trust between the governments of both countries and constitutes an action that could harm friendly relations," the statement notes.

Seoul has already warned the Kyiv that it could take "additional measures," though it did not specify what those might be.
