Israeli media reports that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secretly flew to Abu Dhabi and met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, spending the day there.
Netanyahu's office did not announce the visit. He reportedly used the same aircraft for a trip to Abu Dhabi during the Iran war.
An unnamed Emirati official source told The National that the country discusses security matters through the relevant agencies — "not at the level of national leaders."
