The memorandum between Ukraine’s Naftogaz and the Hungarian company MOL has effectively been scrapped.
"The storage facility for which MOL signed a memorandum of understanding [with Ukraine’s Naftogaz] will not be built, neither on the Hungarian-Ukrainian border nor anywhere else," the Hungarian Prime Minister noted.
Magyar made it clear that, going forward, he expects national companies to take actions aligned with the country's new government.
